TUITION FEES FOR THE INTERNATIONAL CLASS AT UNIVERSITAS MERCU BUANA YOGYAKARTA

Tuition Fees for the Academic Year 2024/2025 at Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta

Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta (UMBY) strives to make tuition payment convenient for students. UMBY assists prospective students in paying their educational costs proportionally based on their individual abilities. All tuition fees can be paid in installments according to students’ financial capacity. Below are the details of tuition fees for the academic year 2024/2025 at Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta:

  1. SPA Fee (Academic Development Contribution)

    • The SPA fee applies to all study programs.
    • Payment for the SPA fee can be made in installments over 2 years or 4 semesters.
    • Payment is due before the mid-term exam (UTS) and when registering for courses (KRS) in semesters 1 to 4.
    • This payment scheme also applies to Tridarma and other miscellaneous fees.

  2. Tridarma Fee

    • The Tridarma fee applies only to study programs that have received an A accreditation.
    • It is a one-time payment during the entire study period and can be paid in 8 installments over 2 years.

  3. Other Miscellaneous Fees

    • Other miscellaneous fees include graduation fees, community service program fees (KKN), and student association fees (LSP), totaling Rp. 4,000,000.
    • These fees are paid upfront, making it easier for parents to understand the educational costs at Universitas Mercu Buana Yogyakarta.
    • The miscellaneous fees are paid once during the study period and can be paid in 8 installments over 2 years.

  4. UKT (Integrated Tuition Fee) SPP (Semester Fee)

    • The UKT SPP includes fixed semester fees, variable semester fees, and practical fees.
    • The SPP fee per credit depends on the study program (detailed breakdown can be found in the table).
    • SPP fees can be paid monthly over one semester (6 installments).
